SansDrama provides educational tools and content intended to help users organise financial information and understand tax-related responsibilities. SansDrama is not an accounting firm and does not provide financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website or App.

Some App features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions (where offered) are billed through Stripe. We do not store your card details. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel via your account settings or the method provided at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at the point of purchase.

The App allows you to store financial and tax-related information that you enter (“User Financial Data”). You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of User Financial Data. SansDrama is not responsible for tax filings or outcomes resulting from use of the App.

You must not:

• use the Website or App in any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful way;
• attempt unauthorised access to the Website, App, accounts, servers, or networks;
• introduce malware or interfere with the operation, availability, or security of the Website or App;
• conduct automated data collection (including scraping, data mining, data extraction) without our written consent;
• use content or data obtained from the Website or App for unsolicited marketing.

All content on the Website and App (including text, graphics, logos, and software) is owned by SansDrama or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may use the Website and App for your personal use and internal business purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without permission.

We aim to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or App at any time.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SansDrama is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or loss/corruption of data arising from your use of the Website or App.

We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached or where misuse is suspected. You may stop using the Website at any time and cancel subscriptions via your account settings.

Your use of the Website and App is also governed by our Privacy Policy and (where applicable) Cookie Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
